Meet 4 on Wednesday, June 25 at Colonies!

• Jersey night! Wear your favorite jersey!
• It is going to be hot! Please encourage your swimmers to drink lots of water throughout the day and consider bring cooling rags and fans. We have not heard anything from Colonies regarding changes to the meet schedule and are assuming the meet is on as scheduled. The pool is mostly shaded -- hoping that will provide a little relief. Please make the best decision for your family and swimmers regarding participation in the meet.
• Check in your swimmer between 4:30 PM and 5:10 PM. If you unexpectedly cannot attend the meet, please email Coach Chad at [email protected] and me at [email protected].
• Do not leave the meet until your swimmer has confirmed with Coach Chad that they are not needed for a relay (swimmers ages 9 and up).

Thursday, June 26 - Fun practice at 9 AM. Donuts will be served.

Friday, June 27 clinic will focus on butterfly - if your swimmer is not ready for butterfly, it would be best to skip this practice!

• 9-10 AM: 11 and up
