A few weekly reminders and updates:

First away meet on Wednesday, June 18 at Burkwood!

• 80s night! Bring out your best 80's gear, neon and glow!
• Please plan extra time to get to Burkwood. It is about a 25-30 minute drive from Wyndham.
• Check in your swimmer between 4:30 PM and 5:15 PM. After 5:15 PM, your swimmer will be removed from the meet. If you unexpectedly cannot attend the meet, please email Coach Chad at [email protected] and me at [email protected].
• Do not leave the meet until your swimmer has confirmed with Coach Chad that they are not needed for a relay (swimmers ages 9 and up).
• Entries are now available. Download the SwimTopia app to your mobile device to see meet entries for your swimmers. 
• See email from our Parent Reps or click here for more meet details.
• If you received an email from our Volunteer Coordinators this week, you have a volunteer assignment at this meet. You can also view these in the SwimTopia app.

Thursday, June 19 - Fun practice at 9 AM. Donuts will be served.

Friday, June 20 clinic will focus on breaststroke - if your swimmer is not ready for breaststroke, it would be best to skip this practice!

• 8-9 AM: 10 and under
• 9-10 AM: 11 and up

Saturday, June 21 - Mini-Meet #2 - We encourage everyone to come out and cheer for our MicroWaves for their last meet before they move up to the big meets!

The Foundation informed us that a green chair was left behind the clubhouse following Meet 2. If this is your chair, you can claim it in the Foundation offices.

Due to paving in Morgans Glen on Monday, June 23, the clubhouse parking lot will be used as backup parking. Please anticipate the parking lot will be busier than normal during practice times.
