We are excited for our second home meet against Church tomorrow! A few weekly reminders:

First home meet on Wednesday, June 11 against Church Run

• Tidal Waves Spirit! Bring out all of your blue and green to win a spirit award!!
• Team photo at 4:15 PM. Meet at the back of clubhouse. Wear blue and green or team suits. Do not set up your chairs/blankets close to the walkway until the photo is completed.
• Check in your swimmer between 4:30 PM and 5:15 PM. After 5:15 PM, your swimmer will be removed from the meet. If you unexpectedly cannot attend the meet, please email Coach Chad at [email protected] and me at [email protected].
• Please do not park in the parking lot which is reserved for our visiting team.
• Do not leave the meet until your swimmer has confirmed with Coach Chad that they are not needed for a relay (swimmers ages 9 and up). 
• Pay attention to the board with the event numbers during the meet. We had several swimmers miss their events last week!
• Entries are now available. Download the SwimTopia app to your mobile device to see meet entries for your swimmers. Go ahead and RSVP to the rest of the meets for the season to cut down on reminder emails from me! You can also view your events by logging into www.wtwswim.com, click on the calendar, and click on MEET ENTRY - CLOSED.

• If you received an email from our Volunteer Coordinators this week, you have a volunteer assignment at this meet. You can also view these in the SwimTopia app. 

Thursday, June 12 - Fun practice at 9 AM. All swimmers are invited. Donuts will be served.

Thursday, June 12 - Support our team by visiting Deep Run Roadhouse. Dine in or order online at deeprunroadhouse.com. Place your receipt in the decorated box or mention "Fundraiser" in the comments if ordering online. See attached flyer.

Friday, June 13 clinic will focus on backstroke and starts

• 8-9 AM: 10 and under
• 9-10 AM: 11 and up
