We are excited for our first home meet against Canterbury tomorrow! A few reminders:

First home meet on Wednesday, June 4 against Canterbury

• Hawaiian theme! Dress in your best luau attire to win a spirit award!!
• Check in your swimmer between 4:30 PM and 5:15 PM. After 5:15 PM, your swimmer will be removed from the meet. If you unexpectedly cannot attend the meet, please email Coach Chad at [email protected] and me at [email protected].
• Please do not park in the parking lot which is reserved for Canterbury, our visiting team.
• Please do not sit in the newly landscaped area in front of the pool. Our team area is now in the grassy area behind the clubhouse. There is a new gate by the splash pad to access this area.
• Do not leave the meet until your swimmer has confirmed with Coach Chad that they are not needed for a relay (swimmers ages 9 and up).
• Download the SwimTopia app to your mobile device to see meet entries for your swimmers. We will no longer be distributing index cards. Go ahead and RSVP to the rest of the meets for the season to cut down on reminder emails from me! You can also view your swimmer events by logging into www.wtwswim.com, click on the calendar, and click on MEET ENTRY - CLOSED.

• If you received an email from our Volunteer Coordinators this week, you have a volunteer assignment at this meet. You can also view these in the SwimTopia app. Thank you for helping us to keep our meets running smoothly!
• Caps will be on sale for $15 in the concessions area. Please bring cash or Venmo. You may only wear a Tidal Waves or plain cap. No other logos are permitted.

Fun practice on Wednesday, June 5 at 9 AM. All swimmers are invited. Donuts will be served.

Friday, June 6 clinic will focus on freestyle and dives

• 8-9 AM: 10 and under
• 9-10 AM: 11 and up
